WELCOME TO BARBARAH’S BLOG!
PERSONALITY:
In this group of Imagery exercises from The Encyclopedia of Mental Imagery, Colette leads us to the discovery of personality traits that are imposed on us, those we acquire ourselves and inborn traits. The Personality chapter then concludes with a series of exercises on Isis, the Goddess of Wisdom. Isis reassembled her brother/husband Osiris after he was dismembered.
Spring is a time for blossoming fresh and new. What better way to greet Spring than to reassemble ourselves based on the knowledge we glean from our personal Imagery.

Colette defines Character as the tool we use to inscribe our own traits and is not reflective of outside forces, which is persona or personality. This exercise has three segments done with your eyes closed. The breathing begins with one out breath, the second segment, three out breaths and the third, one out breath.
