Today, we celebrate a year presenting an Audio version of the Imagery exercises published in the Encyclopedia of Mental Imagery: Colette Aboulker Muscat’s 2100 Visualization Exercises For Personal Development, Healing And Self-Knowledge. It is also time to celebrate the dedicated Imagers who join us regularly as well as those who drop by when they can.

Imagery offers an opportunity for growth and healing that is universal. Embedded within Colette’s exercises are truths taught through the ages by master teachers of many traditions and disciplines.  Colette’s genius is in weaving these ancient revelations into the evocative Imagery exercises you accomplish each week.
