Today we continue with the chapter Wisdom of the Body, Healing By Breathing. In previewing these exercises, I came to an awakening that when I’m eager to complete a task, I neither breathe evenly, nor yawn when I’m tired. Focusing on breathing was calming, reducing the anxiety to complete a project. How are the exercises for you?
