This completes the Audio Imagery for the first chapter of The Encyclopedia of Mental Imagery, Personal Restoration. The exercises called Evolution of Humor, focus on becoming psychologically sound. The chapter concludes with the exercise Sexology: Survival of the Human Species. The blog also announces a blog-based Imagery Group in which bloggers would share their experiences with specific Imagery exercises and gain insight from their shared experience.
