WELCOME TO BARBARAHS BLOG!

Today we continue our series Seeing Wholeness In The World, with a group of exercises called Circle of Chairs.

The Seeing Wholeness In The World series is also posted on Face Book and is linked directly here.  In the WordPress Annual Report we discovered quite a few referrals to Barbarah’s Blog from Face Book.  Thank you all for joining us.

And thank you all who continue to visit Barbarah’s Blog each week.  It is especially gratifying to know we have readers from 40 countries, including the United States, Indonesia, the United Kingdom–and that numbers of you were drawn to us by our Advent series and Colette’s work.  Colette was and continues to be a magnet drawing people together.  How wonderful she still does this from above–and how blessed we are to be part of that.

CIRCLE OF CHAIRS-SEEING WHOLENESS IN WORLD

Close your eyes and breathe out three times.  See, feel, sense and know yourself entering a room as part of a group of people.  There is a circle of chairs in the room.  People fill the chairs and you are left standing.  How is it to be the only one standing?  Describe your feelings.

Breathe out one time.  See, feel, sense and hear someone say they are bringing a chair for you.  How are you waiting.  Breathe out one time.  You are now seated.  How do you feel.  Breathe out one time and open your eyes.

Close your eyes and breathe out three times.  See, feel, sense and know how the world is for those who are left out.  Breathe out one time.  Invite these people into your circle and see how it is when everyone is accepted.  Breathe out one time and open your eyes.

Happy Imaging.  And may our collective imaging of Seeing Wholeness In The World bring that about.  Barbarah

About Barbara Fedoroff

I'm a blogger and editor presenting time-tested tools for self-awareness. The blog teaches techniques for identifying synchronicities to inform decision-making and the use of Imagery to change beliefs no longer beneficial. Certified by the American Institute for Mental Imagery and co-editor of The Encyclopedia of Mental Imagery, I've been able to record many of the Imagery exercises of Mme. Colette Aboulker Muscat in blogs so you can experience the power of Imagery in your own home. My specialty is editing info written by professionals in fields often speaking their own "language," making it understood by a broader audience. My home is in the Poconos, and we enjoy family vacations at OBX N.C. Look forward to feedback after you preview the blog. Find me on LinkedIn as barbfed@ptd.net and Instagram as bfedoroff1
