Resurrection of the Body Imagery Helps Us Cleanse Our Inner and Outer Being…
…so we may brighten our light as beings made in the image and likeness of God. This week’s series, puts us in touch with “bad habits” that often prevent us from living the full joy of the present moment. One clue that we are out of the present is repeating things that happened yesterday, last week, years ago, and becoming re-agitated with each telling. These exercise help us clear this and other bad habits that diminish our joy.
Blessings to all, Barbarah
