Unwilling to accept his own fear any longer, and before tapping the keys on his computer, this author did his own research, had it scientifically validated, and has a soon-to-be published book about his discoveries. Close your eyes for a couple of seconds. Open them…reach out… and pick up an object you can comfortably hold in your hand.
Examine it carefully for four-five seconds and then
Keeping the image of the item in your mind, put it back in its original place.
Next recall the object, seeing as many details as emerge without effort.
Now take a breath and notice how you feel.
