NEW AUDIO IMAGERY: FEMALE PSYCHOLOGY AND SUN AND SHADOW

CRW_1150WELCOME TO BARBARAHS BLOG:

Today we continue with Colette’s exercises in the chapter Personality.  Female Psychology is our lead group, followed by Sun and Shadow.

Before you begin these exercises, here again is Colette’s quote to remind you of the  aim of  the chapter:

“With a twinkle in the eye I send a glance to the Absolute”-Colette

Female Psychology

Colette reminds us to “do these two exercises only once a year.  Write down your responses and review them a year later.”

Sun and Shadow – Note: Unlike the groups of exercises we’ve done so far as one with our eyes remaining closed throughout, the instructions in Sun and Shadow include opening your eyes and closing them again before breathing out one time.

P.S. A word of caution!  As I listened to the audio of the exercises, I noticed that when I clicked the backspace prematurely (before I heard the beep) I found myself no longer in the blog.

Happy Imaging, Barbara

These exercises are posted with the permission of the publisher, AIMI, as are all of the exercises posted here from The Encyclopedia of Mental Imagery.

About Barbara Fedoroff

I'm a blogger and editor presenting time-tested tools for self-awareness. The blog teaches techniques for identifying synchronicities to inform decision-making and the use of Imagery to change beliefs no longer beneficial. Certified by the American Institute for Mental Imagery and co-editor of The Encyclopedia of Mental Imagery, I've been able to record many of the Imagery exercises of Mme. Colette Aboulker Muscat in blogs so you can experience the power of Imagery in your own home. My specialty is editing info written by professionals in fields often speaking their own "language," making it understood by a broader audience. My home is in the Poconos, and we enjoy family vacations at OBX N.C. Look forward to feedback after you preview the blog. Find me on LinkedIn as barbfed@ptd.net and Instagram as bfedoroff1
