Certified by the American Institute for Mental Imagery and co-editor of The Encyclopedia of Mental Imagery, I've been able to record many of the Imagery exercises of Mme. Colette Aboulker Muscat in blogs so you can experience the power of Imagery in your own home. MIRRORING: A TOOL FOR LIVING WITH SPIRIT

Mirroring, the second Tool for Living With Spirit on Barbarah’s Blog, shows how others’ bad behavior can benefit us. It teaches a process for acknowledging that like attracts like, so our frequent observation of a behaviors may be bringing us face to face with ourselves. Another key to identifying one of these behaviors is our own exaggerated responses to it, from annoyance to anger and even resisting being near a person acting it out. Like Synchronicity, Mirroring engages other people to help us see ourselves.
