These exercises increase our awareness of where we carry stress in our bodies–and give us a tool for releasing that stress so our bodies can return to their natural state of ease. In this new chapter, Colette introduces us to the tabernacle within where we meet our Inside Observer. Happy New Year. We open 2014 focusing on Living In The Moment, a state we all seek and achieve, only to discover that we have let it slip away. How do we know when this happens? One of the first signs is that our joy is replaced by varying degrees of anxiousness. We may find ourselves back in the past, re-hashing things, or in the future, struggling with “what if’s.” But it is only the present moment that belongs to us. The past and future belong to The Divine.
